1. 72-Hour Speed Promise 
Every order placed before 1 p.m. Pacific, Monday–Friday, is picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 72 hours—guaranteed. Orders received after 1 p.m. PT, on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Multi-Warehouse Network 
We store inventory in our own Washington-state fulfillment centers plus Amazon FBA and Temu partner warehouses across the U.S. Your items ship automatically from the location that gets them to you fastest, so you never pay extra for speed.
3. Delivery Time & Carriers 
Standard (FREE ≥ 75): 3–5 business days after hand-off
Expedited: 2 business days after hand-off
Rush: 1 business day after hand-off
Carriers include USPS Priority, UPS Ground & FedEx Home Delivery. Rural addresses may add 1–2 days.
4. Shipping Rates 
Rates are calculated at checkout by weight, box size and destination. Typical examples:
1 lb package to CA/WA/OR: 4.95 Standard /9.95 Expedited
5 lb package to NY/FL: 7.95 Standard /14.95 Expedited
Free Standard shipping automatically applies once the cart reaches 75 after discounts and before tax.
5. Order Tracking 
The moment your label is printed you receive an email & SMS with a live tracking link. Track any time at ostomy.cn/apps/tracking with the order # and ZIP code.
6. PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories 
We gladly ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS only. Delivery times are 5–10 days. Expedited options are unavailable to these destinations.
7. Alaska, Hawaii & Remote ZIPs 
Standard service to AK/HI is 5–8 days; Expedited 3 days; Rush not available. A 6.95 remote-zone surcharge is automatically added at checkout for ZIPs 995–999 and 967–969.
8. Same-Day & Local Pickup 
Need it today? Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and collect your order within 2 hours at our Seattle warehouse (address emailed to you). Bring a photo ID and order #.
9. Back-Orders & Split Shipments 
If one item is delayed we’ll ship what’s ready first at no extra cost, then send the remainder via the same service level. You still get the 72-hour guarantee on the first box.
10. Climate-Sensitive Items 
Products marked “Keep Refrigerated” or “Keep From Freezing” ship Monday–Wednesday only, with insulated liners and ice packs, to avoid weekend holdovers. Delivery to extreme-weather zones may be postponed for product safety; we’ll email you if this occurs.
11. International Shipping 
We currently ship to Canada, the UK and the EU. Duties & taxes are calculated and collected at checkout (DDP), so no surprise fees on arrival. Typical transit: 5–10 business days.
12. Packaging & Sustainability 
Orders leave our dock in 100 % curbside-recyclable boxes or mailers made from ≥ 90 % post-consumer paper. Plastic air pillows have been eliminated since 2023.
13. Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages 
Visible damage: refuse delivery or photograph the box & product, then email jerry@ostomy.cn within 48 hours.
Lost in transit: claims accepted after the carrier’s posted delivery date plus 2 business days (domestic) or 10 days (international).
Marked delivered but missing: file a police report for theft and email us the report #; we’ll replace or refund within 1 business day.
We insure every package—no cost to you.
14. Returns & Exchanges 
U.S. customers enjoy 30-day free returns. Use the prepaid label in your parcel or print a new one from our Returns Portal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of warehouse scan. See full policy at [your-shop].com/policies/refund-policy.
15. Holiday Cut-Offs (2024) 
Standard: order by Dec 15, 1 p.m. PT
Expedited: order by Dec 20, 1 p.m. PT
Rush: order by Dec 22, 11 a.m. PT
We stay open Dec 26–30 for post-holiday exchanges.
